HORRIBLE!!!!!

My experience goes back 3 years, I was under the impression that all was taken care of. I was just served court papers and am being sued by the bank for not paying off my car note!! They are using all tactics not to comply, I will not stand for it! I have contacted the Illinois Division of Insurance to report them and am turning around to sue them!!
